What do we need at home?

Is this safe for kids?
Yes. Santa follows strict child-safe guidelines, never asks for personal details, and keeps every topic warm, gentle, and age-appropriate.
Do you record or store anything from the call?
We never record or save your child’s voice, video, or any audio from the call.
For safety, quality assurance, and to protect everyone involved, we keep a
text-only transcript of the conversation. It does not include your child’s
real name, voice, image, or any identifying information.
These transcripts allow us to verify what happened if a concern arises and help ensure every
interaction stays warm, safe, and magical.
Do you store any personal information?
No. We don’t need your child’s name, age, address, or identity for them to enjoy the call. Parents provide only an email so we can deliver the call link and follow-up video.
What if my child is shy?
Santa is gentle and unhurried. The Elf Orientation helps warm them up, and Santa guides the conversation so they never feel put on the spot.
